The Hiram Inn has twelve unique guest rooms, beautiful grounds, a spacious deck, and two parlors ideal for relaxing while sipping tea, hot cocoa, or a glass of wine and enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace.

Prices shown above are for two guests, add $10.00 for each additional guests over 12 years old.
Rollaway beds available in most rooms for an additional $15.

Hiram Inn Policies
Payment
Payment is due - in full - on the day of your departure.
Cancellations
Individuals may cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date without incurring a fee. We ask that groups provide at least 14 days notice for cancellations of their reservations.
Pets
Pets are not permitted inside of the building. Should you disregard this policy, you will be assessed a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Smoking
In accordance with Ohio law, The Historic Hiram Inn has been designated a non-smoking facility. Smokers must stand outside at least twenty-feet away from windows and doors. Smoking is not permitted on any of our decks or in any guestroom. Disregarding this policy may result in a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Liability
The Historic Hiram Inn & Hiram College will not be held responsible for accidents, injury, loss of money or possessions or damage to your vehicle.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption by adults, 21 years of age and over is permitted.
Disruptive Behavior
Unruly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Failure to abide by this policy may result in your removal from the property. You will remain responsible for any charges.
Guests
Only the individuals listed on your reservation are permitted to stay in your room.
Theft
You will be charged for any items missing from your guestroom after your stay.
Damages
You will be charged for any damages to your room, the building or its contents caused by you or your guests.
Late Checkouts
If prior arrangements have not been made, late checkouts may result in an additional charge.
Lost Keys
There is a $25.00 fee for lost or missing room keys.
Parking
The Historic Hiram Inn is not responsible for parking tickets, towing or damage to your vehicle whether it is parked on or off campus.
